• Flooring, Painting & Drywall: tile, vinyl, laminate, and wood flooring, interior and exterior painting, and drywall repair.
• Pavers: driveway, pool deck, and patio paver installation.

By scheduling and receiving a remodeling project, you authorize Phenomenal Renovation to photograph the serviced areas — including before-and-after images — and to use those photos, without compensation, to showcase our work on our Site, social media, and marketing materials. We do not publish personal or identifying details, and you may opt out at any time by letting us know in writing before your project begins.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
